FAQ
Why do I need current vaccinations?
Many of our furry visitors may be very young, have a non-contagious illness, or elderly. This ensures a safe and healthy space for all who visit the studio.
Do you offer emergency sessions if my pet is sick?
In the heartbreaking event your beloved pet finds itself in a situation that crossing the Rainbow Bridge is imminent, an emergency session may be possible, either at your home or at the vet, assuming authorization is given by the medical/emergency personnel/facility. Please visit my Twilight Tail Session page to request more information.
What if my pet passes away before our session?
If you’ve scheduled a Twilight Tails session and need to move quickly, I offer priority scheduling for these sessions. If loss occurs beforehand, we’ll work together to find a way to still honor your baby's memory.
My pet is shy/energetic. Can you still photograph them?
Absolutely. I work at your pet’s pace, with plenty of breaks, treats, and patience. We’ll capture their personality, not force a pose.
Why do we need to have a conversation before the photo session?
My desire is to provide you and your family a fun and memorable photo session and provide treasured keepsakes of your fur baby. To best serve you, a pre-session conversation allows us to "meet" and get acquainted before the session. Secondly, this allows me to understand and learn a little more about your pet, such as any possible quirks, reactivity to strange noises or bright lights, or any possible food allergies. This helps me to best prepare for your session and provide you with an amazing experience.
Can I be in the photos too?
Yes! and I encourage you to be. Whether it’s a gentle hand, a cuddle, or a full family portrait, your bond is part of the story.
Do you offer print products?
Yes! I offer quality prints, albums, wall art, and keepsakes, so your portraits become lasting treasures, not just digital files lost in your phone or computer hard drive.
