Final Goodbye Sessions are emergency only / end of life sessions. In the unfortunate event something happens to your fur baby, and saying goodbye is moments away, an emergency photo session may be available. This can be at your home or, if granted permission/authorization, at a medical facility or other similar location.

SESSION FEE: $125

HOW IT WORKS:

• You immediately contact me via email ➡️ HERE
• I call you as soon as possible, and we discuss my availability, your pet's situation, location, and confirmation that I have authorization (if at a medical facility) to photograph your fur baby.
• If I am available and we agree to a session, and authorization has been granted by the medical facility (if applicable), I will text you a link to book, sign a contract, and make immediate full payment via Zelle only. This is final confirmation of the session and when the clock for the "designated arrival time" begins.

WHAT THESE SESSIONS MAY INCLUDE:

• Up to 45 minutes of session time
• Up to 10 digital images for personal download - because of the unknown circumstances/locations surrounding these sessions, no specific number of gallery images can be guaranteed. Also, all images will be provided in Black & White only
• 4x6 prints of your selected images
• Due to the unknown nature of this session type, all of the above cannot be guaranteed, but I will make every effort to provide you with the best possible product

IMPORTANT INFORMATION TO KEEP IN MIND:

• What is the "designated arrival time"? Arrival at the designated location (as per the booking contract) within two hours of final booking confirmation (within a 15-mile radius of 92879)
• If I arrive at the designated location within the designated arrival time, but the medical facility has denied me authorization, and I cannot perform the photo shoot, a 50% refund will be issued. ($75)
• If I arrive within the designated arrival time, but your pet has crossed the rainbow bridge before my arrival, and no services are rendered, 80% of the fee will be refunded. ($100)
• If I do not arrive at the designated location within the designated arrival time, AND a photo session is not carried out, you will immediately receive a 100% refund. ($125)
• If I arrive at the designated location on time, but payment has not been received, no services will be provided until payment is issued in full via Zelle. If full payment is not received within 10 minutes of my arrival, the contract for services will be null and void and I will leave the location.
• Please note, these sessions are for EMERGENCIES ONLY where passing of your pet is within the hours. If for any reason the emergent nature is questioned, and your pet's medical status cannot be verified by its regular treating veterinarian, I have the right to refuse service and a 50% session fee refund will be issued, less any applicable travel fees.
